Twilight Heavenly Bamboo. This is an incredible variegated leaf Nandina that was a branch sport of 'Gulf Stream', a very compact cultivar. Because of its variegated foliage, it is a slower grower, and don't expect much as far as flowering and berry production. This is somewhat typical of variegated plants. We suspect that this selection will only get to about 2' high with an equal spread. Makes a very nice container plant. When you receive your plant, it may be completely green. This is because we grow them in full sun and this will bleach out the variegation, but immediately with the new growth in spring, you will be rewarded with the variegation. Thus, it is recommended to grow it in filtered sun to part shade and it will retain the variegation.
