Silver Dollar Panicle Hydrangea. This cultivar from Europe has very full flower heads which are held very upright on a compact plant. Being from Europe, I don't know why it is 'Silver Dollar' and not 'Silver Euro,' but it is rapidly becoming one of our more popular paniculata types. The "Peegee" type Hydrangeas do best in full sun, which is a boon to those who don't have enough shade to grow the "macrophylla" types. Another note is that they flower on current seasons wood, so one can prune them back heavily each spring to induce more succulent growth which results in larger flower heads. The spent flower panicles make excellent additions to flower arrangements.
