Phantom Panicle Hydrangea. This selection is a sister seedling with 'Limelight'. It has a nice large panicle similar to 'Limelight' but slightly more rounded and larger. It is said that it has the largest flower heads of any "paniculata" cultivars. The breeder in Belgium actually preferred this cultivar over 'Limelight.' At the international meeting on Hydrangeas in Ghent, Belgium, it was the most popular cultivar.
