Appalachian mountains of western North Carolina near Asheville. The series has been name the "Double Take™ Quince Collection." They all have large double blooms, and they are thornless and deer resistant. WOW! What more could one ask. 'Pink Storm' is an intense pink with some flowers being completely double, i. e. no stamens at all, while others have many layers of petals and still show some stamens. This is a true break through with Quince breeding with which you will truly fall in love. The ultimate size will be 4-5' with an equal or slightly greater spread. It will flower best when sited in full sun.
