Due to the recent discovery of the spotted lanternfly in South Carolina, California has restricted the shipment of plants from SC as well as 15 other states in which the spotted lanternfly had already been found. It was found over 100 miles from Nurseries Caroliniana, but the whole state has been put under quarantine until a treatment protocol can be worked out to resume shipments to California. Authorities hope that this can be accomplished by the end of the month.

Little Sunshine Flowering Maple. This has to be one of the more charming and compact of the flowering maples. One might expect a plant only 18-20" in size, but it will cover itself in these dazzling "Sunshine" yellow flowers throughout the growing season. Wonderful as a bedding plant or as a pot plant. Give it plenty of sun for the best flower production with uniform moisture. This will probably become your favorite Abutilons. It has proven perennial here in our middle zone 8, but if given proper light as an indoor pot plant, it will flower all year.
