Winter Jasmine. This is a deciduous plant which appears evergreen during the winter because of its green stems throughout the winter. It puts on an outstanding display of small yellow flowers from late January into March and peaks here in February. This is a great tall groundcover which will reach 2-3' in part to full sun. Its stem tips "peg" down as it grows causing it to spread quickly, but is not at all invasive. It is not at all particular as to soil, and it can be grown almost anywhere. Native to China.
