Woodlanders states that, "This little Citrus is a complex hybrid between Eustis Limequat and Hong Kong Kumquat." I first saw this plant in Japan trained as a bonsai and the fruit, smaller than a marble, were in perfect scale with the tree. In late winter or early spring it produces fragrant citrus flowers which cover the plant and in themselves are very attractive. But the brilliant little "oranges" which cover the plant in fall and winter are its true attraction. These are even good to flavor mixed drinks, with their very tart lime flavor. Easily grown in full sun to part shade with good drainage. It can reach large shrub proportions in time, but in colder areas it can be easily kept as a container specimen where it will always be a conversation piece.

We are not allowed to ship citrus into the following states due to their agricultural regulations:  AZ, CA, FL, GA, TX
