Yellow Lady Banks Rose. More common in the southern landscape than 'Alba', this cultivar has 1" double soft yellow flowers in terminal and axillary panicles from late March to April here in zone 8. It is almost completely black spot resistant, but one may see mildew in some years. It can grow to 30' and climbs upon itself with layer after layer of branches. Mostly thornless and will grow in full sun to part shade. Just plant and stand back.
