Mr. Goldstrike Aucuba. As the cultivar name implies, this is a male selection and is a great pollinator for female clones. It is also one of the most heavily variegated forms that I have seen resembling 'Marmorata' and 'Golden King.' Many times the leaves have far more yellow than green. It grows quite large, so give it plenty of space. Again, remember, shade and good drainage for Aucubas to perform at their best.
