Variegated Solomon's Seal. This has to be one of my all time favorite shade perennials. Its graceful arching branches unfurl from the soil each spring with stunning white margined leaves and white bell-like flowers at each leaf node. This is definitely one of the all time necessities for the complete shade and fern garden. Extremely easy to grow and divides quite well. It contrasts well with the texture of Hostas which prefer the almost identical conditions.
