Long-tubed Trumpet Spurflower. This is a clumping shade perennial which flowers in the fall with bluish-purple tubular flowers in wispy panicles lining the upper portions of stems that are 3 feet tall. This plant was formerly known as Rabdosia longitubus, but to justify their existence, the taxonomist have moved it to the genus Plectranthus. One of the great perennials for the fall woodland garden.
