Okina Liriope. This is a really unique cultivar of Liriope originally from Japan. Its new foliage emerges in the spring with almost completely white leaves, which as they mature, they slowly turn greenish, but many leaves will remain variegated. It has the same lavender purple flower spikes as the species. One can even grow this cultivar from seed and may even be able to pick some superior forms from the seedlings.
