Semmes White Flowering Florida Anise. This white flowered form was introduced by Tom Dodd of Semmes, AL and is a prolific bloomer. Probably a little more restrained in growth than the species, but not much. From this selection has occurred a magnificent sport at Dodd and Dodd Nursery with a cream-white marginal variegation and pale pink flowers with the cultivar name of  'Shady Lady'.
