Baby Dragon Hardy Citrus. Without a doubt, this contorted dwarf hardy citrus is the most contorted plant I have ever seen. The stems almost tie themselves in knots. It is truly a collector's plant, as it would have very little place in the landscape except as a novelty, but it is bound to be the subject of a lot of conversations. It's leaves are so tiny that they are hardly apparent, so it is obvious that it gets most of its food from the chlorophyll in its stems. And since it is so cold hardy, it will be a great pot plant that won't have to be brought in at every frost. Even though the 'Flying Dragon' and the 'Snow Dragon' of this species have both flowered for us and produced fruit, the 'Baby Dragon' has not.
